Throne Wishlist (for gifts and specific purpose goals)
- February to March 2025. Split the fundraiser in half ($8988) as part 1. A risky measure to prioritize getting fundraised in time, as progress was previously heavily stalled at 4%. The part 1 funds are for 1 year of reactive emergencies, and half of proactive funds for immigration and preparations. The plans must be adapted.
- November 2024. Made Long-term fundraiser. It’s bigger than have ever asked for ($16k), personally. Intended to try change everything for the better and hopefully be the last time ask for help on this scale. Cannot afford to be shy or ashamed.
- Previous attempts at “long-term funds”, didn’t meet their goals in time. (2021-2022. Missed deadline of $800usd for big medical travel and medical fund. Lost ferry voucher opportunity to puerto rico because too late, got even sicker so couldn’t re-try same plan, etc.) (2023. $0 in the Throne “Long-Term Emergency Funds” page for a $5000usd goal, so deleted it. Only possible to delete Throne campaign when 0% progress).
- The more preventative measures and active opportunities are missed, the worse the consequences grow. The more expensive and riskier the situation tends to become whenever something is prone to go wrong.

At the moment the main goal was split in half ($8988), and making a part 2 fundraiser will be considered or am a;ternative will be adapted into the plan later.
“Magz’s Long-Term Final Funds” is actually $16,056 as a goal. The goal is made up of a “Reactive Fund” and a “Proactive Fund”.
Reactive Fund is based on the 2 prior years of patterns in Emergencies, to prevent worse case scenarios. Reactive Fund is calculated by adding the prior Emergency donations, unmet goals with consequences, and a 15% buffer margin. $11,014 U.S. dollars for 2 years of emergencies.
Proactive Fund is for a portion of 1 year of explicitly known expenses to immigrate, move, prepare, and 15% buffer margin. The full known amount is $24,557. The important portion to fund is $4,575 to be more approachable as goal.
There’s a repeated established tendency to low-ball the amounts, thus a margin is required here. 15% is a common buffer margin for personal finances.
$11,014 reactive funds + $4,575 proactive funds + 3% average Bank fees = $16,056 Magz’s Long-Term Final Funds.
(Beyond the fund’s main goal, the full amount is $36,603 with fee. But not as realistic or approachable. The hope is to get accessible job to supplement the rest !)

(Late 2023) Original cat rescue neuter fund = fully funded. Have been able to neuter all 3 cats !
-
(early 2024) Of Short-term. Grateful for support for supply and groceries, so far. Have not found new active soup kitchens nor charities can get. (average need for supplies can be $55u.s. to $90u.s. a week depending.)
-
Notice. Ended up having to move back to birth home Late March 2024. At this point, “moving to United States instead of staying there too long” has become a goal again.
-
(Mid 2024) Frequent hiatus online for many reasons. IRL complications, previously frequent electric outages, physical and mental health episodes, difficulty and inaccessibility using social media, etc. Am often available on Discord (private contact).
-
(Late 2024) There is some progress in long-term moving preparations, rehabilitation, and keeping hope in finding accessible work options. Still, there are some obstacles that cannot be overcome on our lonesome nor with limited support.
-
(Early 2025) Better cognitive ability and other physio-neurological improvements. There is hope. Also assisting others we know, in setting up their fundraisers for necessities, and connecting them to resources and plannning.
Magz:
-
is at-risk health, multiply disabled.
-
is responsible for cats rescue.
-
live in “third world” country, with inconsistent support for needs.
Currently, difficult be “independent” and financial stable.
-
In December 2022, got deathly sick with covid-19 and “seizures”. Many multiple negative disabling health effects, including inability speak. Unsure if permanent, but has persisted. Medical charts: Aphasia, asthenia, fine-motor ataxia. (other unlisted)
-
The default is being home-bound, but is not rare to be bed-bound either. Need better disability aids and improvements.
-
Became responsible for stray cat and her sick kittens. Shelters are always full, some shut down, and those interested in adopt backed out. Will try get them adopted (safely) when more possible. The cats have helped us.
-
Those responsible for helping Magz in-real-life, are almost always busy, have tenuous relation, and put our health at risk.
-
Many medicals (and medical abuse), but no real answers and only partial treatments to be expected of Dominican healthcare. Also, not robust medical. One of many reasons to immigrate.
-
Current situations meant trying rehabilitate and try find rare accessible job despite seemingly impossible (“unhirable”). Long-term Funds (hopefully the last fundraiser) are to facilitate process and break the negative traumatic cycle.

Just want to live and thrive. This page is for that purpose. Long-term and short-term goals are separated. Some might change or be added as time goes on.
(Making this page took a long time due to language and thinking issues, and the editing involved. Please be patient, thank you - much appreciated.)
