Answer: After the main seizure-like / stroke-like (whatever) events from having covid-19, speech and language issues have been significantly present since. Though it changes n varies a bit. Also health episodes happen a lot. This include quirks in ways communicate or understand language. Also lost ability to speak over time, gradually after each health event. Brain stuff affects other abilities too though. There are still old recordings of voice, and old Very Grammatically Correct Posts around the internet.
